2. Affected Services
Services That Will Be Unavailable
During the times listed above, access to all of the following services will be unavailable:
- Fundora Official Website
- Fundora Dashboard
Available Services
The following services will be available as usual even during maintenance:
・Trading on the cTrader platform will not be affected by this maintenance,
so you can continue weekend trading as usual. However, please note that there will also be an update to the challenge result announcement schedule, so make sure to manage your trades and funds carefully.
3. Important Notes
Regarding Submission of KYC Documents
During this maintenance period, you will not be able to access the dashboard and therefore will be unable to submit the KYC documents required for upgrading to a Pro account. If you plan to submit these documents, please check and do so in advance.
4. Post-Maintenance Information
Once the update is complete, we will notify you via announcements and our official X (formerly Twitter) account.
