1. Fundora's Core Principle on Risk Management

Our company operates with an emphasis on risk management, which is more about limiting losses than making a large profit in a single transaction. Therefore, we would like to reiterate the following information regarding two of our most important rules.


2. The "1% Risk Trading" Criteria

If a loss of more than 1% of the equity of the demo account in your learning plan occurs, even temporarily, it may be considered a dangerous signal for money management, resulting in a caution, warning, or disqualification.

Fundora evaluates the money management skills of traders from the challenge stage from the perspective of an 'actual money manager'.

Applicable Examples of Violations

  • Repeatedly entering with lots that expose the account to a risk greater than 1%.
  • Transactions that clearly disregard risk control.
  • Holding multiple, highly correlated positions at the same time, leading to excessive risk.
  • Trades placed with no stop loss.

Please be aware that if we detect any action or transaction that violates the criteria mentioned above, we may contact you with a caution, warning, or disqualification.


3. Prohibition of Scalping within 20 Seconds

Similar to the "1% Risk Trading" criteria, this rule is crucial from a risk management perspective. We understand that situations may arise where a trade must be closed within 20 seconds to respond to sudden market movements. However, for the sake of long-term, stable trading, frequent occurrences of such rapid trades may result in a caution, warning, or disqualification.


4. Consequences of Rule Violations

IMPORTANT: Measures for Rule Violations

If the same prohibited behavior is confirmed after a caution or warning from us, we may disqualify you, suspend your account, and terminate our services. Please note that if you are disqualified for any of the above reasons, we will not be able to offer a refund or compensation in any way.
