(Including new purchases and account creation after phase completion)
・Emails related to trading accounts
(Including notifications for new accounts and account disqualification)
・Partial functionality of the account evaluation system
・Client dashboard
■ Current Status
All services are now operating normally.
As previously mentioned, this outage was caused by an issue within Cloudflare’s cloud services (U.S.), and therefore any compensation or guarantees related to this incident fall outside the scope of Fundora’s responsibility.
