We would like to inform you about some changes to our handling of inactive customer accounts. 2. Details of Inactive Account Handling Changes We will be changing the handling of customer accounts based on their activity status as follows: 2-1. Current Handling If a demo account is not activated within 30 days from the date it becomes available, access to the account will be temporarily suspended. Customers can request to restore access within 6 months of the temporary suspension by contacting us through the client zone or by sending an email to support@fundora-trading.com . If no request is made after this period, we reserve the right to terminate the provision of this service without refunding any fees. 2-2. New Handling (After Change) If the account remains inactive for 30 days, it will be considered disqualified. 3. Effective Date of Change and Impact Important Notice These changes will be applied starting **July 1, 2025**. Please be aware that accounts archived as of 0:00 on July 1, 2025, and accounts that have been inactive for 30 days will be disqualified. 4. Impact After Account Disqualification Please note that if your account is disqualified, you will no longer be able to use the following services: All services provided after purchasing an education plan Login to the dashboard Access to the trading platform Requests for reward payouts 5.
