Currently, we have identified cases where users who enter a different name, email address, or phone number from their original registration when repurchasing a plan may be flagged by our system as potentially creating multiple accounts. In such cases, account information may not be delivered properly.
To avoid any issues, we kindly ask that you use the same name, email address, and phone number as your initial registration when purchasing a new plan.
